• Evaluate the success of the screening. Did you get your expected number of guests? Was there a lively discussion? Did the media cover your event? Remember that you don’t need huge numbers. Screenings which have small audiences but engaging discussions or commitment to take action are also great successes.

  • Follow-up with your guests via email, thanking them for attending the screening, providing them links to websites or social media pages and information on other actions they can take.
